This link is a real problem! Sorry again here is the complete message again :

Dear APS editors,

I belive this article is breaching your editorial policies (here taken for PRL but certianly applicable to all APS papers, Ii quote :"All of the listed authors are aware of and agree to the submission of the manuscript"), I the linked article, I am listed as author for a my Local Contact/collaborative work i did in the ISIS facility with the 1st author Joost Van Djuin on the HRPD instrument.

However, I have never actually have been notified of its submission/publication. I actually have retrospectively a HUGE concern, as to me, the whole Pyrochlore physics became in conflict of interest with my reasearch and it is actually what explain my present position.

Indeed, the verry reason of not having been notified, is closely related to the fact, in that research, I should have never been acknowledge in that Article which similary, aknwoledge me without asking me my opinion.

As you can easily cross check, the common point between the two articles is thepresence of Toby Perring as author.

GIven the scale of the problem I belive that Toby Perring by being part of ISIS, UK neutron source, is creating as it may involve conflic of interest with the ILL neutron source in France, I'm inviting Victoria Garcia Sakai (ISIS staff & (ex?) ILL council member) and Robert Mc Greevy (ISIS director) in the discussion because they can surely give you, in one sentence, the clue fact explaining that inconsistency. Isn't it? What is my present position? and what is your responsibility, in it, which makes Joost Vand Djuin submission so problematic?

Thank you in advance, for being fair to the Editor.

Best regards,

A David-Aladine
